RFID high-level coded actuators

These devices are equipped with an electronic system using RFID technology to detect the actuator. This enables different coding for each actuator and makes it impossible to tamper with a device by using another actuator from the same series. Millions of different coding combinations are possible for the actuators. They are therefore classified as high-level coded actuators, according to EN ISO 14119.

Compact RFID interlocks for demanding industrial applications

Pizzato RFID interlocks without guard locking enable maximum safety levels SIL 3, PL e and Category 4. This high reliability, combined with a compact design, enables installation even in tight spaces, still guaranteeing high levels of safety. These devices are particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceuticals industries, where hygiene and environmental resistance are essential, thanks to a completely sealed housing and protection degree up to IP67 and IP69K.
