RFID interlocks with high actuator coding level

Pizzato RFID interlocks with lock are equipped with an electronic system using RFID technology for actuator detection. This helps to prevent attempts at tampering, making it impossible to activate the device with another actuator, even one from the same series. Actuators have millions of different coding combinations and are classified as devices with a high coding level, in accordance with standard EN ISO 14119.

Series connection of RFID interlocks, up to 32 devices

One of the key features of Pizzato RFID safety interlocks is the possibility of series connection of multiple devices while maintaining maximum functional safety levels up to PL e and SIL 3, in compliance with standards EN ISO 13849-1 and EN IEC 62061.
