Safety modules for lifts
Safety modules for lifts enable the control of system safety functions, from levelling and re-levelling operations to monitoring of stopping devices and door operation,

Safety modules for lifts with SMT technology
All safety modules for lifts are created with cutting-edge technology and manufactured using special SMT (surface mount technology) assembly lines operating with lead-free systems. This meets the environmental requirements laid down by the RAEE and RoHS Directives.

Safety modules compatible with standard EN 81-20
Pizzato safety modules for lifts have been subjected to testing carried out by notified bodies, which have confirmed compliance with technical standard EN 81- 20 on the construction and installation of lifts for the transport of persons and goods.
These devices can therefore be used for the following safety functions: as a module for levelling and re-levelling with open doors, for detecting uncontrolled movements of the car and controlling a device for stopping the car, for monitoring the proper actuation and release of the motor brake, for detecting uncontrolled movements of the car during levelling with open doors, and controlling a device for stopping the car.

Maximum safety level
Safety modules for lifts are equipped with redundant electronics. They enable the construction of circuits with the highest safety levels: PL e in accordance with EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL 3 in accordance with EN 62061.
