Tamper-protection systems
Pizzato’s non-removable coded screw-covers and coded covers for M12 connectors fully meet the requirements of standard UNI EN ISO 14119, guaranteeing installation integrity in specific applications.

Maximum safety-system integrity
Standard UNI EN ISO 14119 establishes that fixing systems must not be easily removable, requiring manufacturers to come up with solutions that minimise the chance of them being circumvented. Pizzato meets this requirement with non-removable coded screw-covers and coded covers for M12 connectors.

Coded screw covers for switches and actuators
Designed to cover the fixing screws of switches and actuators, these elements cannot be removed once applied.
Removal is only possible through physical destruction, leaving unmistakeable signs of tampering. Pizzato has recently introduced coded screw-covers. Each individual item is laser engraved with a different alphanumeric code. Application of a pair of screw-covers on fixing screws thus generates a unique combination of codes for each installation.

Tamper-protection coded covers for M12 connectors
These coded protective covers consists of two identical half shells that are snapped onto the M12 connectors of the safety devices and make it impossible to detach the connector.
The cover can only be removed by breaking it. This guarantees that any attempt at tampering will be immediately visible. These protections are also equipped with a unique laser-engraved alphanumeric code, making it possible to track the integrity of wiring and ensure that the original coded cover cannot be replaced without it being evident.
