Robust safety handle for heavy guards and harsh environments
The materials used make this device suitable for heavy-duty applications, as well as for applications with heavy guards or guards with a wide range of movement.
As the door closes, the metal pin at the top reaches the bottom of the centring block before the actuator comes into contact with the interlock, protecting the device against impacts and mechanical stress.
The two centring pins, one above integrated into the bracket and one below on the actuator, guide the guard during closure, ensuring correct alignment and reliable operation even with guards that are not perfectly aligned.
Addition of the lock-out device allows complete closure of the upper centring hole, preventing mechanical closure of the door.

P‑KUBE Super for heavy and particularly misaligned guards
The P‑KUBE Super safety handle can be applied to hinged or sliding doors, opening left or right, and on different profiles, ensuring high levels of application safety.
Maximum safety up to PL e and SIL 3

Combination with NG series interlocks makes it possible to create circuits with maximum safety levels PL e and SIL 3 with a single device.
Compatible with a range of profiles
The slots on the brackets enable independent adjustment, so the handle can also be mounted also on profiles of different sizes.
Increased holding force for the unlocked actuator

For applications subject to strong vibrations, a version of the lock-out device is available with 100 N holding force of the unlocked actuator, ensuring greater stability.
