Job description
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the commercial strategy for the U.S. market. This role is both strategic and operational, requiring a hands-on leader capable of driving revenue growth, expanding distribution partnerships, increasing OEM penetration, and building long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical sales expertise within industrial automation or safety components with a proven ability to scale business operations in a growing subsidiary environment.
- Develop and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the HQ;
- Achieve annual revenue targets through new business development and expansion of existing accounts;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Reps, Distributors, OEMs & system integrators;
- Manage and expand the U.S. distribution network, including onboarding new partners and driving performance with existing distributors;
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements;
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting accuracy;
- Provide regular market feedback to HQ regarding competitive positioning, product opportunities, and customer needs including the of a CRM system;
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events;
- Support future organizational growth, including potential hiring and mentoring of additional sales resources.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales;
- Background in sales of industrial automation components, the knowledge of industrial safety components is a plus.
